A current application must be filled out completely in order to open an account.

Only businesses in operation for more than 2 years will be considered for credit. We only open accounts for businesses, not individuals.

Accounts cannot be opened at the time of rental. They must be opened prior to any charges being made. This is required so there is time to check references.

All accounts must be current and all overdue charges must be paid in order for new charges to be made.

Accounts will be closed if any overdue charges are not paid. If an account is closed for non-payment more than twice in one year, it will be closed permanently.

Accounts that are more than 2 months overdue will be closed permanently.

Application

Application must be filled out completely. We need all addresses and phone numbers for references in order to contact them. We contact all references in order to establish your credit worthiness.

If you are corporation or partnership, then all names of officers and partners must be listed. Include addresses and phone numbers if you wish the application approved. If you are the sole owner, then you do not need to fill out the names.

If approved, the account will be opened for two years (unless closed for non-payment). A current application will be required to continue the account.

The person signing the application is also personally guaranteeing the account if the application is a corporation or partnership. If the account is overdue, we will require this person to pay off this account.

Any incomplete applications will be returned. Please take your time and fill out neatly and completely.
